What email scanning does
When you forward a receipt to us, our system reads the order date, items, prices, and warranty terms so it can set up your alerts. It does not read your personal emails — you choose exactly which messages to forward.
What email scanning doesn't do
We never ask for your email password. We never connect to your whole inbox. We never keep anything you don't send us.
What data we collect
- Your email address, to run your account and send your alerts.
- Receipts you forward or photograph: order dates, items, prices, and warranty terms.
- Subscriptions and purchases you add manually.
That's it. No bank credentials, no browsing history, no location tracking, no advertising identifiers.
How we use it
Your data powers one thing: your alerts. We use it to warn you about trials, renewals, price hikes, return deadlines, warranties, and price drops. We never use it for advertising, never share it with data brokers, and never sell it. Our only revenue is subscriptions.
Data retention
We keep your data only while your account exists. Delete your account and your receipts, purchases, and subscriptions are deleted with it. Backups may retain copies for up to 30 days before they roll off.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can: see everything we hold about you (Settings → Export), download it as CSV or PDF anytime, and delete your account and all its data in one tap. If privacy law in your state or country (including GDPR and CCPA) gives you additional rights, email Support@onefullbox.com and we'll honor them.
Security
Your connection is encrypted in transit. Your data is isolated per account — other users can never see it. We never store bank credentials because we never ask for them. No system is perfect, but we keep our exposure small on purpose: the less we hold, the less there is to lose.
