Terms of Service

1. The service

MoneyBack, operated by One Full Box LLC, watches your subscriptions and purchases for money leaking out of your life: trial expirations, renewals, price hikes, return deadlines, warranty expirations, price drops, and recalls. We give you alerts and step-by-step guidance. We do not file claims, cancel services, or move money on your behalf — every action is yours to take.

2. Free trial

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with no card required. When the trial ends, pick the Monthly ($4.99) or Annual ($39) plan to keep your alerts running. Pick nothing and your account simply pauses — you are never charged without choosing a plan.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed in US dollars through our payment processor. Monthly plans bill every month; Annual plans bill once a year. Prices include all features — there are no tiers or upsells. If we ever change prices, existing subscribers are notified at least 30 days before the change affects them.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime in one tap from your account settings — no chat, no phone call, no retention maze. Monthly plans: your access runs until the end of the current billing month; we don't refund partial months. Annual plans: full refund if you cancel within 30 days of purchase or renewal; after 30 days your access runs until the end of the year.

5. Your data

You own your data. Export it as CSV or PDF anytime from Settings. Delete your account and your data is deleted with it. We never sell your data and we never show it to advertisers. See our Privacy page for the full pledge.

6. Acceptable use

Use MoneyBack for your own household's subscriptions and purchases. Don't abuse the service, probe other users' data, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. No guarantees on recovered money

We work hard to surface every dollar, but we can't promise you'll recover any specific amount. Retailer policies change, claims depend on the retailer, and timing matters. What we promise is the watching — timely, honest alerts.

8. Limitation of liability

MoneyBack is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, One Full Box LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including money you didn't recover. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and note the date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
